Starting a W.O.M.E.N. Group in Your Church or Association
  1. Pray about your new ministry and the teachers whose lives  it will touch.
  2. Share your vision with other educators in your church or association.
  3. Determine the interests of the teachers and the needs of your church and community.
  4. Plan your group. Meeting times should fit teachers' schedules. Will your group be one that emphasized ministry to students, resources for the church, or fellowship and support for teachers?
  5. Let others know what you are doing.
