SHARING CHRIST IN CRISES Alabama Temporary Child Care (TCC)
cares for children when a disaster strikes. Through the ministry of TCC children and
their parents are shown the love of Jesus, at a time when care and attention are vital needs in
their lives. TCC is a tremendous channel of Gods love to a community
trying to recover after a total disruption of their life. This
disruption could range from a single family disaster to a larger-scale catastrophic
disaster.
The Alabama TCC ministry provides:
FOR CHILDREN: Organized care is provided for young children while
parents apply for various types of disaster aid as well as clean up their homes and businesses.
FOR FAMILIES: during the aftermath of a disaster
Coordination: with
other relief organizations
MISSION OPPORTUNITIES: for the local church and association through evangelism,
ministry, and follow-up.
